Absolutely delighted with our new solar panels. We worked with this company previously for our air con and decided to use them for installing solar panels, based on their excellent quality. After an initial meeting with M; Simon, who assessed our needs and gave us an accurate invoice, the documentation was dealt with by the office. Soon afterwards, our panels were expertly installed, in a timely manner using excellent quality material. It is fully guaranteed for 25 years. It took about a full day and a half to install. As our roof is not quite a standard shape, the team worked hard to accommodate this, fitting panels on 3 sides. The planning permission and legalities were dealt with by the team. It was seamless and efficient. At the end of the works, the installers sat down with us to explain how to use the app and track our production. The panels were producing a surplus within minutes, which is sold back to EDF. The team worked incredibly hard to finish the job well and punctually, with a lot of attention to detail. A big thanks to Jimmy and Redwane for their hard-work! I recommend France Habit very, very highly.

I share with you my experience with advisor Anthony Cloteau. It all started the day I came across an ENR ad for photovoltaic panels, I was contacted again very quickly, I even had an appointment the next day with this advisor. Anthony Cloteau was very patient because I bombarded him with questions then he gave me a quote and advised me based on my electricity bill and the consumption of the house. He therefore recommended for our house, 7 photovoltaic panels and a heat pump with a clock on the cumulus to save even more, all for the same price as my electricity bill per month. (130 euros) On the day of installation, both teams were there on time. They were professional and fast and left a clean site, Mr Cloteau was present on the day of the work. I highly recommend it !!! He is a very kind and very pleasant person who follows his customers, he is not the type of person who sells you a product and who is not there afterwards.

France Habitat ENR did submit the prior declaration for the installation of the photovoltaic panels, but installed them without receiving favorable feedback from the Departmental Directorate of Territories. This causes us problems with our mayor. I call the headquarters where the secretary laughs in my face and replies "but it was up to you to tell us that you were in a private housing estate. And, what's more, we have a map, your chances of refusal were almost zero" . We asked John to install a cumulus clock for us. He told us it would be a gift. So we have been waiting for two months for the installation of the famous clock... We therefore call the headquarters, where the secretary answers us "But after checking this is not in your estimate, the gift that a person undertakes to give commercial, that’s none of our business!” I insist on having a clock. Too bad, we are ready to add that to the 20,000 euros already paid. The quote never arrived... Once the big check was cashed, the salesperson and secretary responded to the absent subscribers!
